Formerly known as Tri-County Collection Agency (TCCA INC) and its subsidiary Credit Bureau of East Tennessee, the company was renamed to Account Resolution Team, Inc. in 2015 to reflect its broader mission: “to resolve accounts efficiently and help businesses run more smoothly“.
Since that time, ART has partnered with a leading software development company to provide unparalleled digital solutions to accommodate for the most user-friendly, cost-effective, and timely account resolutions to work alongside its personally interfaced structure that clients have grown accustomed to.
Account Resolution Team is a member of the American Collectors Association (ACA), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
